EU: The latest overview of world’s beer production
Heat wave and football fever increased beer sales this summer in Europe and beyond, market analysts revealed on September 1st.
Czech beer sales were up by 9 % in July, which results in a 5 % increase for the year.
German sales showed a plus of 10,4 % in July, which after a bad start is only plus 2,2 % for the year. Unexpected additional malt purchases indicate a similar trend almost worldwide.
